Nourishment from and for the rainforest.
In the Madre de Dios territory of Tambopata, Peru, the Babassu nut is helping
to preserve the rainforest. Indigenous and traditional peoples, with the help
of government-granted concessions, collect and process the Babassu nut to
discourage the unnecessary felling of trees. Land is kept safe. The villagers’
profitable and sustainable harvesting also keeps their communities intact-
preventing widescale migration to large cities. Aveda has joined with
Conservation International and a local nonprofit-Candela organization to
directly support conservation and employment in this region.

BODY CLEANSER- A daily cleanser with a rich, luxurious lather to cleanse,
hydrate and smooth skin. Drenched in the vibrant, tropical aromas of amyris,
lime, bay and vetiver to uplift and rejuvenate the senses. Especially
beneficial for Air signs and Dry skin. Babassu nut provides an excellent
cleansing system, please read below for soil to bottle information.
BODY SCRUB- Exfoliates while softening and conditioning the skin.
Uplifting island aromas rejuvenate the senses. Salt and Caribbean
cane sugar exfoliates, smoothes, and protects the skin. Ginger root
powder stimulates the skin while coconut oil softens and conditions.
FLOWER WATER- Alcohol-free face and body spary uplifts and
