We understand you may need to cancel or change your appointments and we respectfully request that all date changes or cancellations be made 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. 48-hour notice is requested for multiple services. Last-minute cancellations are costly to the salon and our staff. Therefore, we do require a credit card to hold your reservation and failure to cancel with a minimum 24-hour notice will result in a credit card charge for half of the service value before being able to rebook another service. We will also charge the full service amount in the event of a no-show with a scheduled appointment.


To ensure a relaxing experience for all our Glendale Salonspa guests, we encourage silencing all cell phones.


Busy schedules often force you to arrive late. We promise to make our best effort to fit your service into the schedule. If you are more than 10 minutes late, we may have to modify your service or have another available provider to complete your service. If you are more than 20 minutes late, we will try to complete the service or reschedule you for another time.


Glendale Salonspa’s service providers will always guarantee their work for up to two weeks following your original appointment. If at all you are not completely satisfied or feel you just need a little adjustment, please don’t hesitate to give us a call. Also note that all redo’s will be performed by the same stylist.


Occasionally we may be running behind. When we are, we will communicate with you. Our front desk will monitor your progress while you are waiting and ask our team to help get you started. If we make you wait longer than 20 minutes, we will offer you the option of continuing to wait or reschedule you for a future appointment.


Gratuity is always appreciated, but never expected. If you wish to leave your service provider gratuity, we accept this as cash, check or through Venmo, as we are unable to add it on to any debit or credit card transactions.
